We cannot find enough nice words to say about Team Wyss! We mainly worked with Mark and sometimes, Bianca. They have both been very polite, professional and they provided us with great service. Most importantly, Mark gave us very good advice and price estimates that guided our offer and eventually led us to our dream house! We purchased a home in Los Gatos in an extremely competitive market, where having an experienced and knowledgeable agent like Mark can make a big difference. Mark responded to us in very short notice or during holidays and was always available. In addition, Mark was following up closely with the seller agents, and made sure we were always informed about what stage of the process we were in. He kept checking in with us in the escrow period all the way to the final purchase, and he was the voice of reason, guiding us and making sure that all process was as smooth as possible. I absolutely loved working with Julie Wyss and her team. I specifically worked with Mark, Bianca, Chelsea, and Julie (in the order of amount of interactions) They have great experience and sale volume and I feel that as a nervous first-time homebuyer I have derived more value from their guidance than other highly rated realtors, some of them who even offer cashback on the home purchase. I understood the tradeoffs between bank appraisal issues and placing higher bids on a home, cost of renovation vs. value of markup from the list price, deciding between homes with the same offer deadlines, and what variables I can use to place a more tempting offer without compromising too much. Such guidance has provided me more possible savings than a cashback could ever have and I have felt confident and safe placing offers and being aggressive in this hot market. They have a great work ethic, are usually responsive to clients, and do regular follow-ups (Although the referrals they have for banks and contractors are super unresponsive I have to chase them regularly, and hence for that reason I am not giving a perfect rating.) They have great knowledge and instincts about safety, noise, community elements of areas and if you are specially buying in the Cambrian or the Los Gatos areas, working with them should be a no-brainer (Although I didn't buy there and yet the experience was amazing.)
